The Garden Room holds up to 150 guests, and nothing about it is fixed except the walls and the light. There is no house theme you are asked to work around. Couples use the same square footage for a long harvest-style reception, for round tables with a dance floor centered, or for a ceremony and reception split across one flip. The room does not tell you what kind of wedding to have. You tell it, and our coordination team builds the floor plan around that answer instead of handing you one that already exists.

That flexibility matters most for guest count. A wedding for 60 people and a wedding for 150 people are different rooms functionally, even though they are the same four walls. We adjust table shape, aisle width, and bar placement based on your actual list, not a default chart. If you want more open floor for dancing and less for seating, or a longer sweetheart table instead of a head table, that is a layout conversation we have with you directly, not an upcharge menu.

Every layout decision connects back to your day, not to what is easiest to reset. Couples who want a receiving line built into the ceremony flow get an aisle designed for it. Couples who want the ceremony and reception in the same footprint get a flip planned into the timeline before the day starts. The room adapts to the wedding. That is a deliberate difference from a venue that hands you a fixed seating chart and asks you to fit inside it.

Florals do more work in the Garden Room than almost any other decision, because the room itself is neutral by design. Enchanted Design & Floral, our sister company, works inside the space regularly enough to know what reads well against its natural light and what gets lost in it. That is a different conversation than hiring an outside florist who has never stood in the room. You are not describing a space to someone; you are working with a team that already knows how it photographs at 4pm in October versus 7pm in June.

Because floral design is part of the same package, changes do not turn into a separate negotiation. If you want more greenery and less bloom, a monochrome palette instead of mixed color, or arrangements sized for long tables instead of round ones, that is a design conversation, not a change order. The cost is already inside your quoted range for the Garden Room. You are not pricing florals against a shrinking allowance as you make decisions.

This is also where the room's personality actually lands for guests. Structure, lighting, and layout are mostly invisible once the day starts. Florals are what people remember standing next to.
