A guest list is a logistics problem wearing a nice outfit.
Every choice you make about a wedding lands on somebody. Where you put the ceremony decides who is in the sun for twenty minutes. What time you start decides who drives home in the dark. Whether the venue has one accessible route or three decides whether your grandmother spends the reception at the nearest table to the door.
None of that is visible in a photograph, which is why it is usually the last thing anyone plans and the first thing anyone notices.
What one estate changes
Three venues, one property, one walk.

An outdoor wedding here is a good idea for about eight months of the year and a decision that needs a plan for the other four. Heat, afternoon storms and mosquitoes are not edge cases in Hernando County — they are the weather.
The advantage of three rooms on one estate is that none of that becomes a crisis. Your coordinator makes the call while you are getting ready, and your guests walk indoors instead of standing under a tent somebody had to source at 48 hours notice.

Who needs a step-free route?
Ask it on the RSVP, not on the day. It changes where you seat people, not whether they can come.
Who is driving, and from how far?
Brooksville is 45 minutes from Tampa. That is a comfortable drive out and a long one back after a bar tab.
What can people not eat?
Our chefs are in house, so a dietary need is a conversation at your tasting rather than a surcharge from an outside caterer.
Are children coming?
Decide once, say it clearly on the invitation, and hold the line. Deciding late is what causes the awkward conversations.
