Venues that run weddings as a sideline hand you a room and a vendor list. The coordination, the catering, the timing and the recovery when something goes wrong are all somebody else’s problem — which means, in practice, they are yours.
Here the chefs, the bar and event staff, the coordination and the florals are in house. That is why the site can quote you one number and why the rain plan is a plan rather than a phone call on the morning.
The estate

- Three venues — the Manor Barn and the Garden Room at up to 150 guests, the BoHo at up to 55.
- A three-room Bridal Cottage: a dressing room, a hair and makeup living room, and a dining area.
- An in-house florist, Enchanted Design & Floral, which is a sister company rather than a preferred vendor.
- In-house chefs, bar and event staff, and a coordinator who stays with you from booking to your last dance.

103 S Saxon Ave., Brooksville. Ninety minutes from Orlando. Far enough out that the setting is private and wooded; close enough in that your guest list still turns up.
Beyond weddings the estate hosts rehearsal dinners, showers, brunches and company parties — but weddings are the reason it exists.
