Brooksville is about forty-five minutes north of Tampa and ninety from Orlando. That distance is the point. Land this far out buys mature oaks, room between buildings and a sky with nothing built into it, at prices that stop a Tampa venue from ever offering the same thing.
It is also close enough that your guest list turns up. A wedding two hours away starts losing people. Forty-five minutes does not.

- The Garden Room — up to 150 guests, glass-walled and open to the gardens.
- The BoHo — up to 55 guests, for a smaller list by choice rather than by budget.
- A three-room Bridal Cottage for getting ready, on site.

One property solves the Florida problem.
Most venues around here sell you a room and hand you a vendor list. If the weather turns, the answer is a tent invoice and a phone call on the morning.
Three rooms on one property means your wedding moves indoors with the same team at the same price. That is the difference between a rain plan and a rain hope.
Address is 103 S Saxon Ave. Tours run about an hour and you leave with real pricing for your date. Coming from further south, the drive is covered on wedding venues near Tampa.
