The short version
This is a website, not a contract.
Everything published here — pricing, packages, capacities, availability, planning guides — is for information. It is not an offer, and it does not reserve a date. A date is held when a signed agreement and a deposit are in place, and that agreement is what governs your wedding.
If anything on this site conflicts with your signed agreement, the signed agreement wins.
Pricing and availability
Accurate when written, and subject to change.
We publish real numbers rather than hiding them behind a form, which means those numbers move as costs and seasons move. Package contents, prices, minimums and dates can change without notice, and a date shown as open may be taken by the time you call.
We work to keep this site accurate and correct errors when we find them, but we cannot promise that every page is current at every moment.

Written from experience, not as professional advice.
The guides on this site come from running weddings on this property. They are not legal, financial, insurance or medical advice. Marriage licenses, vendor contracts, permits and insurance are between you and the relevant office or company — check the current requirements yourself before relying on anything you read here.

The text, photographs, video and design on this site belong to Saxon Manor or to the photographers and videographers who made them, and are used with permission. Please do not republish them without asking. Ask us and we will usually say yes, and point you at the right person to credit.

Using the site
Ordinary use, ordinary limits.
Use the site to research a venue, plan a wedding and contact us. Do not use it to scrape it at volume, break it, or submit false inquiries.
This site links out to Google, to social platforms and to vendors we work with. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for them.
To the extent the law allows, the site is provided as it is, and Saxon Manor is not liable for losses arising from using it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
