Luxury chic
The Manor Barn
Our largest space. Draped interiors, vintage detail and a private wooded setting — climate controlled, and built for a full guest list without ever feeling like a hall.
45 minutes from Tampa
Forty-five minutes out of the city, on a private estate under mature oaks — with the whole wedding inside one number.

The 45-minute question
Couples come to us from Tampa, St. Petersburg, Clearwater, Wesley Chapel, Spring Hill and Lutz. The drive is the trade, and it is worth making for one reason. What forty-five minutes buys you here is a property, not a room. The estate itself is in Brooksville, in Hernando County.
A hotel ballroom in Tampa costs about what an all-inclusive wedding costs here, and it photographs like a hotel ballroom. Saxon Manor photographs like a private estate, because it is one.

Luxury chic
Our largest space. Draped interiors, vintage detail and a private wooded setting — climate controlled, and built for a full guest list without ever feeling like a hall.
Illuminated
Bright, glass-walled and open to the gardens. Ceremony and reception in one room, with the grounds as the backdrop and enough light to photograph all afternoon.
Micro-wedding
A covered, climate-controlled corner of the estate for a smaller guest list with a bigger personality. Not a scaled-down wedding — a different one, chosen on purpose.
Your guest list will still show up
We are at 103 S Saxon Ave. in Brooksville — 45 minutes from Tampa, 90 minutes from Orlando. Close enough that nobody has to make a weekend of it unless they want to.
Getting here
Booking 2026 & 2027
A tour takes about an hour. You’ll see all three venues, the Bridal Cottage, and leave with real pricing for your date and guest count — not a brochure.
