The trade, stated plainly
You gain a working team and you give up open casting.
An in-house team means the photographer knows where the light is at 5pm in October, the DJ knows which wall the sound bounces off, and the coordinator has run this exact timeline before. That is not a small thing and it is most of why the day runs.
What you give up is choosing each of those people yourself from the whole market. For most couples that is a trade worth making. For some it is not, and we would rather establish which you are on the tour.
What is in the number
Four roles you do not have to hire.
Photographer
Full edited gallery of the day, in the package rather than quoted against it.
DJ
Ceremony through last dance, with the playlist built with you rather than handed over on the night.
Officiant
A personalized ceremony written with you, and they sign and return the marriage license afterward.
Coordination
From booking through your last dance. Not day-of coordination. The whole way.
If you already have someone
Raise it on the tour, not after.
If there is a photographer or a musician who genuinely matters to you, bring it up when you visit. We will tell you straight away whether it works here. The answer is sometimes yes and sometimes no, and either way you get it before a deposit rather than after one.
