Three venues, three ranges.
How the range works
Where you land depends on two things.
Guest count and date. That is it. The top of each range is a full house: 150 guests in the Manor Barn or the Garden Room, 55 in the BoHo, on the base all-inclusive package. A smaller list on a less-requested date sits lower in the range.
You get your actual number on the tour, for your date and your count. Not a brochure, not a follow-up call to discuss investment.
Inside the number
Nine things you are not buying separately.
- Ceremony site on the estate, set and styled
- Reception room, tables, linens, setup and breakdown
- A coordinator from booking through your last dance
- In-house chefs and your menu, not a catering contract
- Bar, bartenders, servers, setup and cleanup crew
- Photographer, with the full edited gallery
- DJ, ceremony through last dance
- Tiered cake, with a tasting appointment
- Officiant, and a ceremony written with you
And what is not
The honest other half.
Your dress, your rings and your honeymoon. Plus anything you choose to add: extra florals, a premium bar, late-night additions. Upgrades are optional, priced individually, and shown to you before you sign.
There is one contract and one deposit, and payment plans are available. Nothing arrives later with a number attached to it that you had not seen.
Other events
Rehearsal dinners, showers and brunches.
The BoHo hosts them from $2,000–$3,000, on the same estate with the same team.
