The sequence
Five steps, in this order.
You tour
You see the rooms, you get your number for your guest count and your date. No deposit, no pressure, and you leave with the figure written down.
You go away and think
Nobody follows up twice a day. If a date matters to you, tell us and we will tell you honestly whether it is still open.
You sign
One contract covering the room, the team and everything in the package. Read the whole thing. Ask about anything that is not clear before you sign it, not after.
You pay a deposit
One deposit against one contract. Payment plans are available, and the schedule is written into the agreement rather than agreed verbally.
The date is yours
From that point the coordination starts. Menu, timeline, tasting, the walkthrough closer to the day.
The honest part
A tour is not a sales appointment.
We are a family business and weddings are the only thing we do, which means we would rather lose a booking on the tour than manage a couple through a year of a wedding that was never the right shape for them.
If you want a venue you can bring your own team into, say so when you visit. That is not what this is, and knowing it early costs you an afternoon instead of a deposit.
