To help ensure a smooth and beautiful experience on your wedding day, all Hair & Makeup artists not currently included on Saxon Events’ approved vendor list must be submitted for prior review and written approval.

This helps us maintain the highest quality standards while ensuring your beauty team is familiar with our timeline, setup process, and venue expectations. Before signing a contract with any Hair or Makeup artist not listed on our packages, please submit your request using the form below. We’ll review their details and follow up as needed. A $100 outside vendor fee may apply.

This step allows us to confirm that all beauty professionals working onsite understand our event flow and can contribute seamlessly to your overall wedding day experience.
