Why one property matters
The rooms are 90 seconds apart, not 20 minutes.
Ceremony, reception and the rain plan all live on the same grounds. That is the single most useful thing to understand about this venue and the hardest thing to convey in photographs, because a photograph of one room cannot show you what is next to it.
It is also what makes a weather call routine here. Your coordinator moves the day indoors while you are getting ready, and nobody is loading a van.
