That matters for families with kids because it means the property was built around one event, not split between banquet halls and unrelated bookings. The three-room Bridal Cottage, the indoor Manor Barn and Garden Room, and the more intimate BoHo space give you options depending on how many children will be in attendance and how much of the day they'll spend on-site. None of these spaces were designed as a kids' zone, but the mix of indoor and outdoor areas means there's always somewhere quieter to step away to.

If you're inviting a large number of young children, the Manor Barn or Garden Room, each holding up to 150 guests, gives families more room to spread out, find a corner away from speakers, or step outside without missing much. If your guest list skews smaller and you'd rather keep the whole event contained and easy to supervise, the BoHo space, capped at 55 guests, is a tighter footprint that parents tend to find easier to manage with toddlers or infants in tow.

None of this is a guarantee that a wedding with a full bar, a DJ, and a reception running late into the evening is naturally a kid's environment. It isn't, anywhere. What Saxon Manor offers is flexibility in how you set up the day around the children who'll be there, not a program built for them. That distinction matters when you're deciding what to ask for.

There is no on-site babysitting service, no kids' activity table, and no staff member assigned to watch children during the reception. This is consistent with being a wedding-only venue: the event staff, chefs, and coordinators included in your package are focused on running your ceremony and reception, not supervising guests of any age. Families who want dedicated childcare during the event typically arrange an outside sitter and bring them along as a guest, which is common and something your coordinator can help you plan logistics around.

Children also count toward your total guest number the same way adults do. There's no reduced pricing tier for younger guests, and the venue pricing you'll see on our pricing page reflects the full package cost for the room you choose, not a per-head calculation.
