Why there is a rule at all
One number only stays one number if one team delivers it.
The package price holds because the people delivering it are ours. Every outside company added to a wedding day is another contract, another insurance certificate, another load-in, and another person who has never worked with the rest of the team.
That is not a policy written to be difficult. It is the mechanism that makes the quote you are given the amount you pay.
How to ask
Four things to bring to the tour.
- Which role specifically — photographer, music, florist, officiant
- Whether it is a person who matters to you or simply a quote you already have
- Their insurance position, because that is usually the deciding factor
- Whether you would still book here if the answer were no
