Fall 2025
Yes — but the window is closing faster than people expect. Saxon Manor is already taking bookings for 2026 and 2027, which means every fall 2025 Saturday that's still open is one of the last on the calendar before we're fully into next year's book. If you've been circling a fall date and haven't called, that's the reason to call now instead of after the holidays. We can tell you in one conversation whether your date, room, and guest count still line up. We won't tell you a date is open just to get you in the door — we'll tell you what's actually true.
Fall is the reason people plan outdoor Florida weddings a year in advance. By October, the heat breaks, evenings cool into the 70s, and a courtyard ceremony at BoHo or a Garden Room reception with the doors open stops being a gamble. Guests traveling in from Tampa, 45 minutes south, or Orlando, 90 minutes east, get a weekend that feels like a season change instead of another humid Florida afternoon. That shift in comfort is also why fall Saturdays go first — locals know it, and out-of-town guests notice it the moment they step out of the car. If your guest list includes people flying in, fall gives them the best version of Brooksville.
Every fall wedding at Saxon Manor runs on the same rule as every other date on our calendar: the price you're quoted is the wedding you get. The Manor Barn and Garden Room hold up to 150 guests and run $15,000 to $21,000 all-inclusive; BoHo holds up to 55 guests and runs $9,500 to $12,500. Those numbers already include the chefs, bar staff, photographer, DJ, cake, and officiant — see what's included for the full list. Nothing about booking a fall date changes those figures. If a fall opening exists in your size and budget, we'll say so plainly. If it doesn't, we'll tell you that too and point you toward 2026.
Before You Call
Before you call, know your two numbers: guest count and budget. Fall Saturdays go by room size, not just by date — a 40-guest wedding won't get seated in the Manor Barn just because that's what's open, and a 130-guest list won't fit in BoHo no matter how much you love the courtyard. The Manor Barn and Garden Room each hold up to 150 guests; BoHo holds up to 55. Walk in with your real number, not the number on your first invitation draft, and we can tell you in minutes whether a fall date works for your wedding instead of just any wedding.
Fall weekends also tend to turn into full weekend events, especially with guests flying in from Tampa or Orlando. If your fall wedding is going to include a rehearsal dinner, a bridal brunch, or a shower on-site, ask about BoHo for that too — it runs $2,000 to $3,000 for those smaller gatherings, separate from your main wedding day. Booking both spaces at once, while a fall date is still open, is simpler than trying to add a rehearsal dinner room six months later once the calendar has moved further into 2026.
Saxon Manor is family owned, and weddings are the only thing we do — there's no second business competing for staff or attention on your fall Saturday. The three-room Bridal Cottage is part of every package, so your morning of getting ready is handled the same way whether your date is in October or two years from now. That consistency is the point: a fall booking doesn't get a smaller version of the experience because the calendar is tight. It gets the same package, the same coordination, and the same answer about price you'd get for any other Saturday on our books.
Booking Fall 2025
Reach us at 813-909-3414 and ask specifically what fall 2025 Saturdays remain in the room size you need. We'll give you a straight answer, not a maybe.
Tour the Manor Barn, Garden Room, or BoHo in person before you commit — a photo doesn't tell you how a space feels at 6 p.m. in October.
Fall dates that are still open move once they're gone. A signed contract and deposit are what actually hold a Saturday, not a phone call.
Once the date is locked, work backward from it — see the wedding planning timeline for what to schedule next.
