Ask about backup equipment, a second shooter, and delivery timeline in plain terms — not vague reassurance. A single camera with no backup is a risk you're taking on for something you can't reshoot. A second shooter matters more in a room the size of the Barn or Garden Room, where the ceremony and the reaction shots are happening in different places at once. And a delivery date in writing, not "a few months," tells you whether you're dealing with someone organized enough to trust with the only recording of your wedding day.
