Ask, rather than guess.
Put a line on the RSVP asking whether anyone needs step-free access, seating near the front, or a short walk from parking. People will tell you if you ask, and most will not volunteer it otherwise.
It is a better question than "any dietary requirements" and almost nobody asks it.
What to check on the tour
Walk it the way a guest would.
- Park where guests park, then walk to the ceremony. That distance is the real number.
- Check the surface between the two. Grass and loose gravel are hard work for a wheelchair, a walker and a cane alike.
- Look for a step-free route into every space you will use, including the toilets and the bar.
- Ask whether there is somewhere quiet to sit down away from the music.
- Check the lighting on the route people will walk back to their cars in the dark.
