People ask for an enchanting venue and picture something specific to them: a barn with string lights and exposed beams, a garden room with soft natural light, or something smaller and looser where the guest list stays under 60. Saxon Manor has all three on one property in Brooksville, and none of them is a compromise version of the others. Each was built for a different kind of day. The Manor Barn and Garden Room both hold up to 150 guests. BoHo holds up to 55. That's the whole decision tree at the top level — how many people are coming, and what feeling you want the room to hold once they're there.

This matters more than most venue pages let on. A lot of "enchanting" language online is decoration for a room that isn't right for you — too big, too small, too far, or priced in a way you won't understand until the invoice arrives. We'd rather tell you plainly which of our three rooms fits, and if none of them do, say so. That's a strange thing for a venue to admit, but it's the reason people trust the ones who say it.

Saxon Manor is family owned, and weddings are the only business we run — there's no banquet hall booking overflow events on the side. That focus shows up in the details: a three-room Bridal Cottage for getting ready, an in-house florist through our sister company Enchanted Design & Floral, and a team that has walked this same property through hundreds of ceremonies. When your florist, your chefs, your DJ, and your coordinator all work for the same estate, the handoffs that usually go wrong at multi-vendor weddings don't happen, because there aren't separate vendors to hand off between.

We're currently booking weddings for 2026 and 2027. The lead time isn't a sales tactic — all-inclusive planning takes real coordination across catering, floral, and staffing, and we'd rather set that timeline honestly than rush a date that doesn't give your florist or your chef enough runway.
