Three Rooms, One Property
A holiday wedding at Saxon Manor is not one room decorated three different ways. It's three separate venues, each built for a different kind of gathering, sitting on the same Brooksville property. Manor Barn and Garden Room each hold up to 150 guests and run $15,000 to $21,000 all-inclusive. BoHo holds up to 55 guests and runs $9,500 to $12,500 all-inclusive. That range covers the whole event, not a rental fee plus a stack of vendor invoices you assemble yourself afterward.
The reason this matters for a holiday date specifically is that holiday weekends compress your planning window. Families travel in for a few days around the date, vendors are busier than usual, and you don't have months to chase down a florist or a caterer separately. Saxon Manor is family owned, and weddings are the only business it runs — no shared calendar with corporate parties or unrelated events competing for the same staff and the same week.
We are currently booking 2026 and 2027. That's a statement about our calendar, not a promise about any specific date — if you have a holiday weekend in mind, the way to find out if it's open is to ask, not to assume. The point of naming three venues on this page is so you walk into that conversation already knowing which room fits your guest count and your budget, instead of finding out after you've fallen for a space that's wrong for your numbers.
Matching The Room To The Day
Manor Barn is the larger, structural option — exposed beams, a room built to hold a full 150-guest holiday crowd without feeling stretched. If your holiday wedding is really a family reunion with a ceremony attached, out-of-town relatives, adult children, extended family flying in for the season, this is the room sized for that. The $15,000-$21,000 range moves based on guest count and the choices you make inside the package, but it's the ceiling, not a starting number that grows once you're under contract.
Garden Room carries the same 150-guest capacity and the same $15,000-$21,000 range as Manor Barn, but it's a different feel — built around natural light and a softer backdrop rather than the barn's structural character. Couples choose between these two on style and sightlines more than on price, since the numbers match. If you're deciding between them for a holiday date, that decision comes down to what your photos should look like, not what you can afford.
BoHo is the venue for a holiday wedding that's meant to stay small on purpose — up to 55 guests, $9,500 to $12,500 all-inclusive. It's also the venue that hosts a rehearsal dinner, bridal shower, or wedding brunch on its own, at $2,000 to $3,000, which matters more during the holidays than any other season. If your family is already gathering in Brooksville for the wedding, a same-property brunch or rehearsal dinner means nobody has to find a second location on a day when everything else is already booked up.

Getting Everyone There
Every one of these three venues is booked as an all-inclusive package: ceremony, reception, design and coordination, in-house chefs, bar and event staff, photographer, DJ, a tiered cake with tasting, and an officiant. For a holiday wedding, that consolidation is the part that actually saves your December — or your Thanksgiving weekend, or your New Year's Eve — instead of turning it into a second full-time job of coordinating separate vendors on top of everyone's travel plans. The full breakdown of what's in that package lives on our what's-included page; this page is about which room to book it in.
Florals come from Enchanted Design & Floral, our in-house sister company, which means your holiday color palette — deep reds, evergreen, gold, whatever the season calls for — gets built by a team that already knows the room, rather than a florist walking into Manor Barn or Garden Room for the first time on your wedding day. That's one fewer unknown during a season when unknowns are already harder to manage.
The property sits at 103 S Saxon Ave in Brooksville, about 45 minutes from Tampa and 90 minutes from Orlando, which matters for guests flying into either airport for a holiday visit. If you want the exact package pricing broken down further by guest count, that comparison is on our pricing page. If you're also getting your marriage license sorted before the date, that process is covered separately on our legal requirements page.
